Are you insured for commercial work?

Yes. We carry $1 million in general liability coverage and we will send a certificate of insurance to you or your property manager before the first visit. Most commercial clients need it on file, so we handle it up front rather than making you ask.

Can you clean before or after business hours?

Yes, and that is how most of our commercial routes run. Early morning before you open or evening after close. Nobody wants a squeegee in front of their customers during business hours.

How often should commercial windows be cleaned?

It depends on your traffic and your frontage. High traffic retail and restaurants usually want monthly or biweekly, because door glass shows fingerprints within days. Offices often run quarterly. We will look at your glass and tell you what makes sense rather than selling you the most frequent option.

Do you work with property managers and HOAs?

Yes. We handle multiple properties on one schedule and one invoice, and we can document each visit for your records. If you are managing several buildings, that consolidation is usually the whole point.

What does commercial window cleaning cost?

Flat rate per visit, quoted after we walk the property. It depends on the glass count, the height, the access, and the frequency. Higher frequency lowers the per visit rate because the glass never gets as bad. We will quote it straight after seeing it.

Do you do high rise work?

We handle storefront and low rise buildings using water fed poles and ladders. High rise rope access and swing stage work is a different trade with different certification, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If that is what you need, we will tell you.
